Who We Are
A licensed, woman- and minority-owned early childhood care center
Early Bloom Academy (EBA) is a licensed, woman- and minority-owned early childhood care center based in Burtonsville, MD. We provide a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment where young minds flourish, and every child is empowered to reach their full potential.
Operating in full compliance with and exceeding Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) standards, our program is built on a foundation of safety, equity, and educational excellence. Our 100% female-led team consists of fully vetted, background-checked, and MSDE-approved educators who bring deep expertise, warmth, and dedication to the classroom every day.
We integrate evidence-based early learning practices with innovative, play-based approaches to nurture the whole child—cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically. At Early Bloom Academy, we believe that education is a collective responsibility. By partnering closely with families and surrounding community support systems, we create a welcoming, home-like setting where learning is joyful, every culture is honored, and young seeds blossom into confident, lifelong learners.

Children flourish when their identity, home language and family heritage are celebrated
Multilingual Foundations
Educators learn greetings, key vocabulary, and songs in each child's home language. Classroom items are labeled in multiple languages to support home-language retention and early literacy.
Inclusive Celebrations
We host monthly cultural heritage events, inviting parents to share traditional art, literature, music, and food.
Family Partnerships
Language and cultural backgrounds gathered during enrollment help us tailor individualized care plans for every child.
