Maryland State Law
EBA provides flexible childcare options, including full-time, part-time, and before-and-after-hours care. In compliance with Maryland childcare regulations, no child may remain in EBA's care for more than 14 consecutive hours within 24 hours.
Families must select one care option per day โ either full-time/part-time or before-and-after-hours โ as combining multiple options within the same day is not permitted. While drop-off and pick-up times are flexible within operating hours, they must align with the chosen care option.
Additionally, children may attend EBA on both weekdays and weekends, provided they follow the same designated schedule (full-time/part-time or evening) for all selected days.
